Job Summary
Lead technical projects in end-to-end chromatography column development and commercialization within the HPCS portfolio. Design and execute experiments, analyze complex data, resolve technical challenges, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor colleagues while working independently on sophisticated research programs that directly impact product development and customer success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Marketing, Quality, Operations) to incorporate diverse perspectives, communicate product performance through customer-facing collateral, and address customer needs. Willingness to travel up to 5% and effectively communicate in English.
Required Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Experience with liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry is a plus
- Experience in a regulated environment (ISO9001, ISO13485, cGMP) is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to mentor colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant scientific software
- Fluent English; additional languages beneficial
- Willingness to travel up to 5%
