Job Summary
Lead new antibody development programs by designing experiments, executing protocols, and interpreting data to meet program milestones. Drive ideation for successful transfer to operation teams while serving as the domain expert in protein biology to guide cross-team collaborations. Provide technical support and quality guidance to the manufacturing team throughout the product lifecycle from concept to launch. Contribute to advanced product development by focusing on reagent quality and specificity using innovative molecular and cell biology methods.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree with greater than 5 years relevant experience
- PhD with greater than 2 years experience
- Life sciences field with a strong focus on structural biology
- Protein design
- Protein purification
- Molecular biology
- Immunology
- Biotechnology
- Biochemistry
- Extensive experience and familiarity with the design and development of protein assays
- Extensive practical experience in immunoassays including Western blot, immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, ELISA, and Flow cytometry
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meticulously analyze and interpret experimental data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel
- Strong statistical knowledge
- Familiarity with statistical software such as Prism
- Self-motivated
- Self-starter
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse colleagues
- Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.
