Job Summary
Scientist II responsible for performing advanced diagnostic testing and analysis of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical compounds in various matrices. Set up and maintain analytical instrumentation (ELISA, HPLC, CE, iCIEF), perform data interpretation and trend analysis, and ensure QA findings are addressed per GMP/GLP protocols. Work collaboratively across functional groups, train other team members, and communicate project status to the project leader. Maintain compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement of laboratory procedures. Role is fully onsite at the Greenfield, IN Laboratory with standard Mon-Fri schedule and requires pass of background check and drug screening; relocation assistance not provided; must be able to work in a safety-conscious laboratory environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to perform advanced diagnostic testing
- Experience with ELISA, HPLC, CE, iCIEF or equivalent techniques
- Ability to set up and maintain analytical instrumentation
- Ability to interpret data and perform trend analysis
- Proficiency in technical writing and documentation
- Ability to work in GMP/GLP environments
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Background check and drug screening clearance
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
