Job Summary
Manage cytological experiments and lead team efforts in establishing new product lines, including AAV packaging, antibody-conjugated LNP-mediated in vivo CAR, and CRISPR-mediated high-throughput library screening. Monitor Cell and Gene Therapy research advancements to propose new service offerings and complete corresponding workflow setups. Collaborate with the front-end team to deliver promotional seminars, conduct sales training, and draft content for the official WeChat public account. Requires a solid foundation in experimental techniques and the ability to build platforms from scratch.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time bachelor's degree in life sciences or related fields
- Master's degree
- Doctoral degree
- At least 5 years of work experience (for bachelor's degree holders)
- At least 2 years of work experience (for master's degree holders)
- No work experience required (for doctoral degree holders)
- Ability to manage a team to accomplish production tasks
- Ability to build platforms from scratch
- Proficient in literature searching and critical reading
- Ability to stay abreast of the latest research developments
- Strong sense of responsibility
