Job Summary
Analyze large-scale biological data for biomarker discovery and drug mechanism investigation. Develop and deploy AI agents to build streamlined analytical workflows and reporting systems, and interpret analytical outcomes via integrated analytical methodologies and bioinformatics tools as well as large language models. Participate in research projects, design scientific experiments, and work closely with research scientists to provide scientific input, bioinformatics support and results delivery. Communicate research results to internal and external audiences by technical reports and oral presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics or a related discipline
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing large-scale omics data
- Proficient in large language model application with solid practical experience in AI agent development and deployment
- Be able to work both independently and as member of project teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
- Strong scientific publications/presentations in peer-reviewed journals or relevant scientific meetings
