Job Summary
Perform LC-MS based quantitative bioanalysis in biological fluids and tissues to support pharmacokinetics and tissue clearance studies. Support the identification of drug candidate metabolites, process and interpret data independently, and execute assays to meet project deadlines. Set up and maintain lab instruments while maintaining a well-documented laboratory notebook. Track progress against timelines, generate figures for data presentation, and communicate results to cross-functional groups. Address questions regarding bioanalysis running conditions and data analysis criteria while adhering to safe laboratory practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Biology or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cell biology, molecular biology, immunology, pharmacology, or a related field of biology
- Master's degree and 5 years of experience
- Experience in protein LC/MS and related laboratory techniques
- Demonstrated innovation, creativity and resilience in problem solving
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-disciplinary, matrixed environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications (i.e. Excel, Word)
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply novel technologies
- Current, valid authorization to work in the country where this role is located
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with high-resolution mass spectrometry, ideally applied to oligonucleotide therapeutics
- LC-MS method development or validation experience
