Job Summary
Perform multimedia field sampling for surface water, groundwater, and stormwater while conducting inspections in rural and industrial settings. Organize data and assist in report development while representing client interests during project duration. Maintain a flexible schedule that includes year-round field work in adverse weather and rough terrain, with flexibility for overnight and extended travel. Work from the Stow, Ohio office daily to collaborate with staff, with remote work permitted as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in environmental science or a related field
- 0–2 years of field experience
- Associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an environmental science field
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems, equipment, and skill
- Flexibility for overnight travel
- Accommodate long field days and changes in schedule due to weather or clients need
- Self-motivated
- Organized
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Comfortable driving vehicles for an extended period of time
- Strong communication skills with team members in fast-paced field conditions
- Uninterrupted home-based internet
- Minimum bandwidth speed of 20 mbps
- Stow, Ohio office daily
- Light work that includes moving objects up to 50 lbs
- Working outdoors in all kinds of weather as necessary for project(s)
- Walking for periods of time including maneuvering uneven, uphill, and downhill terrain
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certified
- 40 Hour HAZWOPER
- Experience with soil classification
- Ability to travel for extended periods
- Ability to drive a truck and trailering equipment
- Ability to operate and work on a boat
