Job Summary
Provide expertise in Flow Cytometry to internal and external stakeholders by autonomously developing, planning, managing, conducting, reporting, and troubleshooting multiple assay types. Ensure the overall integrity and quality of assigned studies while acting as the primary contact for client interactions and laboratory services. Manage project timelines, order materials, and conduct method development, qualification, validation, and production studies for clinical and non-clinical projects in compliance with GCP, GLPs, and SOPs. Troubleshoot issues independently, review data batches, and mentor analysts on daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology or applicable field
- Knowledge of regulatory agency guidelines
- Understanding of general SOPs
- Excellent knowledge of GLP regulations
- Good organizational skill
- Highly flexible

- Able to easily read and understand study plans and protocols
- Ability to coach/mentor people
- Good communication both written and verbal in French & English

Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience in regulated clinical and/or preclinical studies with typically 3 years of experience
- Minimal 1 year experience as Scientist I or equivalent
