Job Summary
Design and execute in vitro cell culture and molecular biology experiments to support target discovery, including conducting in vivo tumor studies in mice with injections, blood and tissue collection, and tumor measurement. Analyze and document data with rigor, compile results into presentation-ready formats, and maintain precise lab notebooks. Perform daily maintenance tasks such as ordering reagents and supplies while communicating findings clearly to supervisors and peers. This role requires a BS or MS with at least three years of experience in mouse tumor models and large-scale mammalian cell culture. Located in Tarrytown, NY, this onsite position offers a competitive salary range of $93,900 to $153,300 annually within Regeneron's Oncology & Immuno-Oncology group.
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with mouse tumor models, including subcutaneous implantation, drug dosing, tumor measurement, and tumor harvest
- Experience with large-scale mammalian cell culture
- Experience with basic molecular biology and biochemistry techniques (e.g., cell/tissue lysate preparation for DNA/RNA/protein analysis, western blots, transfection, PCR, and cloning)
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team
- Onsite work model

- experience designing FACS panels and performing multi-color FACS analysis
