Job Summary
Design research and produce actionable data by leading qualitative and quantitative consumer research, sensory methods, and descriptive panels. Interpret results, report findings, and make recommendations that contribute to decision-making for the Sweet Category. Manage single and multi-stage projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and adherence to health and safety standards. Partner with cross-functional teams including R&D and Commercial/Insights to translate research into cohesive stories.
Required Qualifications
- Qualitative and quantitative consumer testing methods
- Sensory testing methods (Round Table, QDA, Discrimination, etc.)
- Statistics to analyze data and interpret results
- Handling multiple priorities and adhering to deadlines
- Effectively partner with stakeholders (R&D and Commercial/Insights) ensuring that the work is in line with the strategic and innovation priorities of the business
- Working with cross-functional teams and business partners
- Project planning and management skills
- Problem solving, creating solutions and working independently
- Microsoft Office applications
- Effectively communicating verbally and in writing in English
- BS or MS in food science, engineering, psychology, sociology, food technology, food chemistry or similar
- Less Than 10% travel
Desired Qualifications
- Hands on experience on MS Office, Compusense & XL Stat preferred
