Develop and implement biochemical approaches to establish the activity, mechanism of action, trafficking, and metabolism of candidate therapeutics in vitro and in vivo. Perform imaging studies using confocal microscopy, superresolution imaging, and electron microscopy. Characterize the potency and signaling activity of candidate therapeutics to support selection for efficacy studies. Develop and implement assays to evaluate molecular interaction networks and tissue-specific cell signaling of candidate antibodies.
