Job Summary
Identify critical knowledge gaps and drive product innovation in agricultural bio-based research by designing, developing, refining, and validating analytical and experimental methodologies; conduct chemical, biological, and microbiological experiments; contribute to pilot testing and manufacturing scale-up; develop robust formulations; review literature and patents; prepare technical reports and presentations; support grant writing and regulatory/compliance activities; maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure GLP compliance; analyze and visualize experimental data using scientific software; collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance R&D projects.
Required Qualifications
- MSc or Ph.D. in chemistry, biology, food science or a related scientific discipline
- 1 to 5 years working experience in a laboratory and/or research environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and method proficiency
- Familiarity with instruments used in food and agricultural chemistry analysis
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
- Ability to learn quickly and work in priority-driven environment
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Strong data analysis and technical writing skills
- Ability to review scientific literature, patents, and technical reports to inform project strategy
