Scientist (Aquaculture)

Lead technical teams or projects as Principal Investigator to develop technical strategies for project execution and ensure timely delivery of quality outputs. Continuously keep current with aquaculture trends to drive innovation, while mentoring junior colleagues to build team technical competency. Handle project administration and procurement tasks to ensure fiscal prudence for efficient budget management. Comply with laboratory, facility, and farm biosecurity requirements and housekeeping needs. Maintain proficiency in statistical tools and AI software for data management and reporting. Minimum 3 years of relevant aquaculture experience in pilot-scale or commercial settings with a track record of securing R&D grants or publishing scientific research is required. Candidates with experience in aquaculture business development are preferred.
