Job Summary
Own antibody developability at Adaptyv — build and validate a comprehensive developability assessment panel (thermostability, aggregation/self-association, polyreactivity, solubility, chemical liabilities) and turn it into a productized, high-throughput service. Partner with lab automation to scale assays and with software/ML teams to connect experimental data to predictive models. Lead the science from the bench, interpret results, and advise customers on liabilities and what to engineer next. Set the scientific standard for developability data we trust and report.
Required Qualifications
- Deep, hands-on experience assessing antibody developability
- Applied industry experience in antibody discovery/engineering/development
- Strong grasp of biologic developability and manufacturability
- Builder mindset to stand up new capabilities and productize them
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with automation, software, and ML teams
- Data fluency is a strong plus
