Job Summary
Develop, validate, and run analytical methods for HPLC (SEC, IEX/CEX, RP, HILIC) and LC-MS on proteins/biologics, including intact/subunit mass, peptide mapping, PTM and glycan analysis, to build a productized, high-throughput analytical characterization capability for the full antibody stack and beyond. Collaborate with lab automation to scale methods onto automated systems, work with software to structure data and build pipelines, and set acceptance criteria to ensure data integrity. Advise customers and internal teams on the meaning of the data and integrate characterization methods into workflows across biology, automation, and software teams.
