Job Summary
Conduct scientific and programmatic support for vaccine development, including reviewing and critiquing research proposals, advising investigators, and analyzing program effectiveness. Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, monitor progress, and prepare reports for multidisciplinary research team meetings. Develop solicitations to elicit high-quality proposals, evaluate scientific strengths and weaknesses, and implement strategies to enhance successful project completion. Provide technical guidance on GMP manufacturing compliance and manage administrative portfolio analyses to evaluate program goals.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Community and Public Health or similar field of study
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of NIH grants and funding mechanisms

- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with non-technical and technical staff
- Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
