Job Summary
The Scientific & Medical Writer will curate and validate content for AdisInsight and AskAdisAI by summarizing key drug development milestones from multiple sources (studies in leading medical journals, trial registries, and media releases). This role requires a detail-oriented professional to advance career in pharmaceutical intelligence, contributing to high-level decisions for global pharma organizations. Responsibilities include consolidating information from diverse sources, identifying key data (status, phase, design, endpoints, treatments, and results) and inputting it into predefined fields, writing accurate concise summaries of published reports, and supporting the team through peer-query resolution and guidance to less experienced members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Lifesciences/Pharmacy/Medicine
- Minimum 3 years total experience and minimum 2 years of relevant experience in biotech, pharmaceutical or clinical research organization
- Strong English-language and scientific writing skills, with understanding of drug development and clinical research
- Ability to consolidate information from multiple sources (studies in journals, trial registries, media releases) and input into predefined fields (status, phase, design, endpoints, treatments, results, and timeline)
- Attention to detail; ability to write accurate and concise summaries from published reports/updates
- Willingness to support project through query resolution and to guide less experienced team members
