Job Summary
Coordinate scientific and innovation activities for the EU project EXOAIM and upcoming spin-out, including project planning, milestone definition, and resource allocation. Maintain integrated project plans, define deliverable templates, and ensure timely reporting to funders. Plan and run cross-partner meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions, preparing agendas, minutes, and action lists. Manage equipment, coordinate purchase requests, and oversee shared facility bookings while facilitating teamwork and department visibility. This role supports technical teams in flexible electronics and energy storage within DTU Health Tech's interdisciplinary research environment.
Required Qualifications
- MSc, PhD or equivalent experience in a STEM discipline or project management
- Proven track record coordinating multi‐partner research projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience presenting to technical and non‐technical stakeholders, funders and investors
- Experience running meetings and workshops, managing stakeholder engagement plans, and maintaining project control processes
- Collaborative, proactive and adept at managing competing priorities across teams
- Visible, approachable and a team player
- Able to drive meetings and workshops to clear outcomes
- Detail‐oriented, reliable and solutions‐focused
- Open to open-source background checks
Desired Qualifications
