Scientific Evaluator (14 Months Contract)

Job Summary
Evaluate incoming bioanalytical quote requests by reviewing scientific and technical requirements, including analyte type, assay platform, and study constraints. Assess feasibility based on internal capabilities and methodologies, then identify and engage Subject Matter Experts to validate recommendations and consolidate feedback. Confirm scientific approach and assumptions prior to quote development, providing structured evaluation outputs to Proposal Coordinators within established timelines. Cross-functionally collaborate with Business Development and Bioanalytical Laboratory teams to support the transition to quote generation while maintaining accurate tracking via internal systems. Adhere strictly to SOPs, GLPs, and GCPs throughout all processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Sciences or related field
- Minimum 5 years related experience in a similar position in a Pharmaceutical companies and/or CRO specializing in ligand binding assay (LBA), immunogenicity assay (ADA) and/or LC-MS
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple deliverables
- Microsoft Office's suite of programs including: Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and document management tools
- Bilingual proficiency in French
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and industry specific manuals
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Developed interpersonal skills
- Personal/professional integrity and proven discretion in handling confidential information
- Brings logical resolutions to conflicting interests and priorities
- Ability to conduct all work in compliance with SOPs, GLPs, GCPs and observe all company guidelines and policies
