Job Summary
Manage Cvent tasks including building websites, surveys, reports, and ensuring registration pages and communications are correctly translated. Produce webinars and handle travel booking processes for Healthcare Professional speakers, organizing logistics and confirming details with internal teams. Process, track, and reconcile all Scientific Education team expenses within required budgets and systems. Audit documentation for each educational event to ensure compliance standards, policies, and regulations are met. Ensure data is precisely recorded, thoroughly analyzed, and effectively communicated to stakeholders. Work remotely with flexible hours due to the global nature of the department, with up to 10% domestic and international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 3-5 years of professional experience in healthcare, in a private, public, government or military environment
- Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English
- At least one (1) year of experience working with compliance requirements for Health Care Professionals
- Experience with Cvent Event Management Platform
- Experience with SmartSheets, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible work hours due to global nature of department
- Demonstrated attention to detail in handling complex tasks and maintaining accuracy
- Proficiency in data management, analysis, and reporting using relevant tools
- Hands-on experience with payment processing, budget reconciliation and expense tracking
- Strong customer service background, with experience in client-facing or support roles
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
- Must be available for up to 10% domestic/international travel
- Must be authorized for Relocation Assistance
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced or Fluent in additional languages spoken in the EMEA and/or APAC region
