Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and execute hands-on educational workshops (in-office, regional, or events); manage event logistics including scheduling, materials, attendee experience, and post-event follow-up. Discuss clinical evidence and reviews; deliver peer-to-peer CE programs in conjunction with KOLs and healthcare compliance; provide support for clinical education initiatives and manage relationships with professional associations and universities; present on relevant clinical topics to customers and internal teams; maintain contracting, reporting, and payment responsibilities for healthcare professionals engaged with Solventum in collaboration with Global SEE Operations team. This role is remote-eligible in the US or Canada, with up to 40% travel. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher with significant dental experience, strong public speaking, virtual-education skills, and experience in adult learning, project management, and dental workflows; licensed dental professionals are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and five (5) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School/ GED/ AND nine (9) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Five (5) years Clinical or technical Dental experience
- Five (5) years clinical or technical dental experience
- Licensed Dentist, Dental Hygienist or Dental Assistant (preferred)
- Experience with virtual education and public speaking
- Proficient public speaking and presentations skills
- Experience with Digital workflows in Dentistry
- Experience with implementation of adult learning programs
- Proficiency and experience in project management
- Remote work capability
- Legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
