Job Summary
Partner with Discovery Research, Data Science, Bioinformatics, and Chemistry teams to understand scientific data needs and deliver technology solutions supporting Discovery & Development activities. Lead integration of scientific software into the enterprise application landscape, manage projects from planning through delivery, and ensure business continuity across scientific informatics platforms. Drive FAIR data adoption, collaborate with technical SMEs to integrate structured and unstructured data, and improve operational efficiency and scalability of scientific platforms. Act as the liaison between scientific stakeholders and IT teams to support repeatable IT processes and standards across R&D.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Scientific Informatics or Scientific IT
- Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience
- Strong understanding of Discovery Research and Drug Development
- Experience with scientific software and laboratory informatics
- Knowledge of FAIR Data principles
- Experience with SDLC and enterprise application integration
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with scientific data management platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively with both scientists and technical teams
