Job Summary
Lead change management strategies and consulting engagements for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and agritech clients by defining project success, executing transformation plans, and managing stakeholder expectations. Own accountability for business analysis deliverables including user requirements specifications, data maps, and implementation roadmaps while conducting vendor evaluations and assessing system landscapes. Manage large projects through estimation, scheduling, and risk management, facilitating meetings and mentoring associates across the team. Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, drive operational excellence, and contribute to proposals, case studies, and industry thought leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as biology, chemistry, chem/bioinformatics among others
- Change management certification (CCMP, ProSci, or others)
- 5-7 years of relevant industry experience in pharmaceutical R&D, biotechnology, or agritech
- 2-3 years of change management experience, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive problem elucidation activities, influence internal and external stakeholders and convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with leading informatics solutions (e.g., ELN, LIMS) and scientific workflows (e.g., bioanalysis, compound management, medicinal chemistry)
- Experience with key data concepts within the life sciences industry and relevance to operational activities and enabling decision-making
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams as well as manage project deliverables and stakeholder expectations
- Travel (up to 25%) to client sites and for internal meetings as needed
