Job Summary
Develop and implement data handling and analysis systems for large-scale biotherapeutic development. Create code and data structure definitions to integrate and visualize laboratory data into management databases. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure uptime, performance, and correctness while managing user feedback and bug reports. Support user adoption through training development and coordinate internal client communication. Work independently or with teams to collect requirements, review prototypes, and communicate results to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- B.S., M.S., or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in scientific software development
- Strong experience in Java development
- Proficiency with other programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with relational databases
- Experience with typical raw data exchange formats
- Experience with web UI frameworks such as PrimeFaces, ExtJs, or AngularJS
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Desire to learn new scientific concepts and domains
- Ability to work directly with scientific staff across multiple disciplines
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
- Ability to organize, analyze/interpret, and effectively communicate results

- Experience with AWS or other cloud solutions
