SCI Project Manager

Leidos is seeking a Senior SCI Project Manager to lead physical security projects for PACAF at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Honolulu. The role combines senior-level physical security expertise with hands-on project management to oversee SCIF construction, modernization, and related security efforts across PACAF theater. You will lead project leadership and program coordination, coach junior staff, and collaborate with internal teams, DoD stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to shape security designs, review CSPs/MSPs, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidance (ICD 705, DoDM 5105.21) and security accreditation processes. The candidate will manage lifecycle activities for technical security systems across PACAF secure spaces, provide training and templates, and support DoD decision-makers with operational security requirements. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a security-related field, PMP, ICD 705 Site Security Manager certification, SFPC/SAPPC, and familiarity with AF intelligence infrastructure.
