Job Summary
Coordinate welding tasks, conduct QA/QC inspections, and ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, and PED standards across service and retrofit projects. Monitor welding work for internal and subcontractor teams, perform non-destructive testing evaluations, and manage documentation for traceability. Provide technical support to construction sites and project teams while driving QHSE compliance and process improvements. This role requires a certified welder with at least three years of experience in pressure vessel welding and project oversight. Based in Gummersbach or Hohenthurm, you will work within Kanadevia Inova's global energy transition and circular economy initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Schweißfachmann (oder vergleichbar)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Schweißen von Kesseldruckteilen sowie in QA/QC-Inspektionen und Projektüberwachung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Schweißverfahren, NDT-Prüfmethoden und internationalen Standards (z. B. ISO 3834-2, EN ISO 14731, ASME, PED)
- Strukturierte, qualitätsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher QHSE-Affinität
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Bereitschaft zu Montagetätigkeiten und paralleler Projektkoordination
