Job Summary
Conduct welding and fabrication tasks on metal structures and components, specifically executing high-quality stainless steel welds using the WIG process. Interpret technical drawings and plans to ensure accurate execution of work while maintaining strict adherence to quality and regulatory standards. Ensure all welding operations meet established quality and norm-compliant requirements. This role is part of a team of over 100 employees at the Brandenburg an der Havel headquarters, where the company develops and manufactures high-quality playground equipment for children worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Schweißer, Metallfacharbeiter o. vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Metall
- Erfahrungen im Schweißen von Stahl
- hoher Qualitätsanspruch
- Kenntnisse in der Metallbearbeitung und -verarbeitung

Desired Qualifications
