Job Summary
Fabricate individual steel and metal structures based on technical drawings, reading and implementing schematics and production documents. Prepare, process, and adjust components using sawing, drilling, grinding, and alignment techniques. Weld steel structures using the MAG process while independently planning work to ensure high-quality results. Manufacture and adapt fixtures for production and perform quality control on finished parts. This role focuses on large-scale construction projects rather than repetitive series work, requiring self-directed planning and a strong emphasis on craftsmanship. The position offers a weekly salary between 17€ and 19€ gross, a 39-hour work week, and includes benefits such as a company pension, free parking, and public transport tickets.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Konstruktionsmechaniker, Schweißer, Metallbauer oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
- Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen
- Gültige oder abgelaufene Schweißerpässe MAG
- Qualitätsbewusstsein und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse Niveau C1
Desired Qualifications
- Stapler- und Kranschein von Vorteil
- Wünschenswert Erfahrungen in der Fertigung von Stahl und Metallkonstruktionen
