Schumag Operator

Maximize and maintain production in the Schumag Department by acquiring comprehensive knowledge of all setups, performing machine operations, pointing tubing, injecting lube, and changing solvent to maintain clean plugs. Ensure product quality through micrometer and visual checks while verifying incoming and outgoing baskets for breakers and partial wraps. Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance of the department when not involved in other duties or at supervisor discretion. Assist current operators as needed and help train and instruct new operators. Perform all job functions safely while maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Requires ability to read and write. Hourly pay.
