Job Summary
Conduct integral debt counseling for residents throughout the full debt assistance trajectory, managing financial and psychosocial aspects simultaneously. Perform intakes to assess personal and financial situations, establish appropriate debt arrangements, and manage budget guidance and administration. Handle cases involving forced agreements, moratoria, and the WSNP while collaborating with relevant social services. Document agreements, progress, and results carefully. Provide aftercare and contribute to early debt detection. Work with residents experiencing psychosocial issues and coordinate with external organizations. Requires 4 years of experience as a debt counselor, including 2 years in a municipality and 6 months in a municipal context. Full-time office presence during onboarding, transitioning to up to 40% remote work after integration.
Required Qualifications
- hbo werk- en denkniveau
- afgeronde hbo-opleiding
- relevante hbo-opleiding die bijna is afgerond
- minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als Schuldhulpverlener in de afgelopen 4 jaar
- minimaal 6 maanden werkervaring als Schuldhulpverlener binnen een gemeente in de afgelopen 3 jaar
- relevante referentie van een teamleider of leidinggevende
- ervaring met integrale schuldhulpverlening
- kennis van technische schuldhulpverlening
- kennis van de WSNP
- kennis van de sociale kaart
- ervaring met het begeleiden van inwoners met psychosociale problematiek
- klantgericht
