Job Summary
Accompany individual children or adolescents in school lessons and extracurricular activities such as trips or kindergarten settings. Assist with structuring work materials and organizing the workspace while motivating students to focus on tasks and respect boundaries. Support emotional regulation and teach conflict resolution strategies. Plan, structure, and document your work in coordination with a multiprofessional team. The role involves less than the scheduled weekly hours to build up overtime during school holidays.
