Job Summary
Lead LYRIC’s school-based programs across San Francisco middle and high schools, guiding planning, implementation, and evaluation of youth-focused, affirming-school-community initiatives. Manage a team of 3 coordinators, provide coaching and accountability, ensure contract compliance and data-driven reporting, and collaborate with SFUSD and community partners to advance educational equity for LGBTQQ+ youth. Develop annual work plans, oversee budgets and program operations, and represent LYRIC in partnerships to expand services, opportunities, and youth leadership across campuses and LYRIC’s Purple House.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of program management experience
- supervisory experience with a team
- experience with LGBTQQ+ youth and communities historically impacted by systemic inequities
- strong partnership and stakeholder engagement skills
- experience managing program data, reporting, and compliance processes
- familiarity with technology platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Canva)
