Job Summary
Facilitate school-based group programs supporting personal development and social-emotional growth for middle and high school students across San Francisco Unified School District. Deliver and refine age-appropriate curriculum while maintaining accurate records of student participation and program outcomes. Build collaborative relationships with school staff and participate in care team meetings to ensure timely communication and resource support. Represent LYRIC as a professional partner at school sites and contribute to internal reports and funder documentation. This role requires 2 years of youth programming experience, proficiency in Google Workspace, and the ability to navigate public transportation to various San Francisco school sites.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in youth programming, education, or related fields
- Experience facilitating structured group activities or workshops with middle school and/or high school students
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in program coordination and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across various school sites
- Experience building effective partnerships with school personnel and community stakeholders
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and handle confidential information appropriately
- Understanding of Youth Development Principles, Harm Reduction, and Youth Sexual Health
- Ability to navigate and ride public transportation to various school sites across San Francisco

- Full-Time (40 hours/week)
