Job Summary
Supervise a classroom of 20+ students while sharpening communication skills and building meaningful relationships with students, families, and peers. Assess and analyze data to chart student growth, tailor teaching methods, and engage in professional development with targeted feedback and coaching. Develop strong problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges in and out of the classroom, with opportunities to grow into a grade team leader or transition into school leadership tracks. Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree before your first day of work with Success Academy
- A rigorous and relevant academic major (i.e, biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering)
- Ability to work in person in New York City
