Conduct daily instruction for a classroom of 20+ students in New York City while supervising student engagement and behavior. Sharpen communication skills by building meaningful relationships with students, families, and peers. Assess and analyze data to chart student growth, tailor teaching methods, and solve challenges in and out of the classroom.
