Job Summary
Teach in New York City’s top-performing network of K-12 charter schools. We provide extensive training and a proven curriculum, with no teaching certification or Master’s degree required. The role emphasizes leadership development with opportunities to advance into classroom and network leadership tracks, including potential moves toward assistant principal positions. The position is in-person in New York City (and Hempstead, NY) as part of Success Academy’s expanding network. You will work with students from low-income neighborhoods to foster self-assured thinkers and leaders, using data to tailor instruction, engage families, and contribute to a vibrant learning community. Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree before starting first day of work
- A rigorous and relevant academic major (i.e, biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering)
- Ability to work in person in New York City
- Supervise a classroom of 20+ students
