Job Summary
Maintain a positive relationship with parents, children, and co-workers; support the lead teacher in maintaining a structured classroom environment; assist with implementing the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum and daily schedule; help maintain an attractive, organized classroom; attend staff meetings and trainings; ensure health and safety compliance with regulations; support training and development opportunities for staff.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to relate positively to young children.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous teaching experience in a public or private school, preschool or childcare center is preferred but we are willing to train the right person.
- Two year degree in early childhood or related field is preferred but we are willing to train the right person
