Job Summary
Conduct morning and afternoon student transportation, supervising boarding and unloading while assisting with seatbelts and mobility aids. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for brakes, lights, and tires, reporting mechanical issues immediately and maintaining a clean, sanitary cabin. Enforce traffic laws and company safety standards, communicating with parents, school staff, and dispatch regarding student behavior or delays. Operate on a part-time split shift schedule with guaranteed minimum hours, subject to DOT drug testing and English proficiency requirements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license for at least 3 years
- English proficiency
- History driving with ride share companies or taxi services
- Previous experience as a teacher, social worker, classroom assistant, hospitality worker, or customer service or retail associate
