Job Summary
Provide direct clinical individual and group counseling to students throughout the day with a caseload averaging 8-10 students. Collaborate with administrators, counselors, parents, and teachers to implement the program and facilitate student growth and change. Work within a year-round special education setting serving students with ED/SLD/OHI and Autism, integrating vocational support and experiential activities. This part-time or full-time role offers competitive compensation, 401(k) matching, health benefits, and tuition reimbursement. Spanish language ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Counseling
- Masters degree in clinical profession
- Appropriate and current licensure (LSW/LCSW/LCPC/LMFT)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Organizational abilities
- Effective written and oral communication
- Capacity to efficiently manage responsibilities and timelines
