Job Summary
Teach beginner-friendly tennis classes for elementary students (Grades K–5) using provided lesson plans, managing groups of 8–16 kids to maintain a positive, energetic environment. Conduct one-hour sessions Monday through Friday from 1:00 to 5:00 PM, including pre-care time, while taking attendance, managing sign-ins, and interacting with parents and school staff. Capture class photos for documentation and complete a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting. Submit a photo and short biography to the website, and ensure you have reliable transportation, a valid work permit, and completed background checks. All equipment is provided; pay ranges from $50–$65 per session or $18–$24 per hour depending on class level.
Required Qualifications
- At least High School or equivalent
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Must have reliable transportation around the East Bay and Peninsula
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Must be willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check
- Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports
- Must have valid work permit to work in USA
- Candidates must currently live locally
- Must be available for in-person work
- Must be able to attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting
