Job Summary
Teach beginner-friendly Tennis/Pickleball sessions for elementary students (Grades K–5) at Bay Area school sites using provided lesson plans. Manage class sizes of 8–16, create a positive, active learning environment, and attend a 2-day training or shadowing before starting. Responsibilities include taking attendance, communicating with parents/school staff, and capturing a few class photos for documentation. Roles cover Summer Camps (June–August), After School Program (September onward), and Saturday Clinics (starting September), with sessions ranging from 1 to 4 hours per day and additional pre-care as needed. Equipment is provided. Programs are offered at multiple schools across the Bay Area; candidates must live locally and be available for in-person work. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not provided. Additional notes: USPTA/PTR certification is a plus; strong tennis experience is valued; vaccination, TB test, and Live Scan background check are required; reliable transportation is required. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Teaching or playing experience in Tennis is preferred but not mandatory
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have valid work permit to work in USA
- Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work
