Job Summary
Provide on-site speech-language therapy services for an elementary caseload (K–5) in Bellwood, IL, addressing articulation, phonology, fluency, and expressive/receptive/pragmatic language. Work within a 3rd-grade cross-categorical instructional classroom delivering small-group or individualized communication support. Conduct daily Tiered interventions and data-tracking for a small group of general education students undergoing RTI/MTSS. Manage daily compliance, paperwork, and scheduling for 5–10 speech-only students, serving as primary contact. Requires Master’s in SLP, IL SLP license, and ISBE PEL; Spanish language skills are a plus. Offer: hourly pay range $53.30–$71.10 with weekly pay, benefits, and 35-hour workweek.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License (IDFPR)
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (ISBE PEL)
