Job Summary
Conduct evaluations to identify, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders within a school-based setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring goals are measurable and aligned with student needs. Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services, adapting techniques to support various age groups and developmental levels using both in-person and virtual platforms. Maintain accurate documentation and track student data to adjust treatment plans and communicate progress effectively to educators and families.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida State Speech Language Pathology (SLP) License and FLDOE Certification
- Prior experience with school-based therapy practices
