Job Summary
Provide diagnostic speech-language and communications assessments; develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and therapy plans; deliver therapeutic services to students with identified communication disorders; conduct case management for students with communication disorders; collaborate with special education and general education teams to deliver speech-language services; monitor progress and complete Medicaid electronic logs; communicate with families and other professionals; maintain student records and confidentiality; participate in testing requirements and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Speech Pathology
- valid Washington ESA certification as an SLP
- Eligible for Washington Department of Health license as an SLP
- Understanding of current state and federal laws pertaining to the education of students with disabilities
- Regular, consistent attendance
