Job Summary
Contract School Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Houston, TX (On-Site). Full-time, 40 hours/week. Local contract with weekly pay range of $40.50–$46.58 per hour. Eligible for a $2,000 completion bonus and up to $3,000 in referral bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, 401K matching, CEU and license reimbursements, spiritual/employee assistance benefits, and paid time off considerations as described. Roles involve working with elementary, middle, and high school students within a school-based special education setting; licensing credentials or active licensure in state of practice is required; SARS eligibility and employer’s visa sponsorship limitations apply.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
- Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in state of practice
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
