Job Summary
Deliver school social work services for the 2026-2027 school year with a full-time, 10-month schedule and benefits. Responsibilities include counseling (individual and group), participation on student support teams and special education committees, collaboration with families to access community services, cross-functional support to teachers and administrators, home visits and parent training, coordinating with community agencies, and maintaining records and reports. Professional development and program evaluation are part of the role, as is assisting in planning educational prescriptions and promoting early intervention to support student welfare and school adjustment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in School Social Work
- Valid Connecticut Certification in school social work.
