Provide group and individual counseling sessions to special and general education students as mandated by IEPs, while developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans. Conduct functional and risk assessments, complete psychosocial assessments, and establish relationships with students and parents to facilitate educational and behavioral interventions. Offer staff consultation on behavioral-emotional-environmental issues, provide crisis intervention services, and assist in identifying community resources. Participate in student IEP meetings, school planning, and submit state-required clinical records. Maintain adherence to program standards and collaborate with school system personnel to promote student learning.
