Job Summary
Provide whole-child and family supports to identified students through individual and group interventions, connection to school and community resources, and multidisciplinary school-based teams. Conduct formal and informal assessments of student functioning, planning of therapeutic activities, crisis and emergency assistance, trauma awareness training for school personnel, and supportive case work for children and families to access community resources. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community partners to promote access to services, drive threat assessment initiatives, and support students’ educational experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- social work license
Desired Qualifications
- Satisfactory work record & criminal/child abuse clearances
- Experience in public education preferred
