School Site Early Childhood Assistant Teacher Part Time

Supervise and monitor children at all times while implementing educational activities covering language, math, motor skills, and self-help. Plan, develop, and execute daily lessons using positive redirection and reinforcement to guide behavior. Conduct ongoing assessments to track individual progress, maintain written records, and communicate child updates to parents. Recognize and document suspected abuse or accidents, and manage the classroom environment to ensure safety and compliance with all policies. Work with the lead teacher and staff team to foster positive relationships with families and colleagues.
