School Resource Officer

Provide a visible presence on campus to deter and respond to safety issues, collaborating with administration to develop protocols and serve as a liaison between the school and local law enforcement. Conduct investigations of incidents, assist in conflict resolution, and educate students on safety and legal issues through presentations. Engage with students, staff, and parents to promote a safe, supportive climate while playing an integral part on the crisis team. Maintain composure in high-pressure situations and foster an inclusive environment. Pay ranges from $25-32/hr based on experience, with specific hours finalized during the interview process.
